Daily I am amazed with the direction God is leading both Tuck and I, and the Grapevine Cowboy Heritage Church.
We are so ordinary but God is doing extraordinary things!
I was raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ Jesus as my Savior at a very young age but it wasn’t until my 30’s that I developed a viable, powerful, everyday working relationship with Jesus as the center and Lord of my life.
I had been involved in Woman’s Bible Study for the past 15 years and it was there that I found unconditional acceptance, genuine friendship, accountability, and a hunger for a deeper relationship with my Savior through women who had a servants heart for Jesus and were willing to saddle up beside me and be true disciples.
Here at GCHC, we are not about joining a program or club or promoting an agenda... We are about coming along side of other women to encourage each other in our journey with Jesus. As Christian woman we are a part of something bigger than ourselves.
God has given me a heart to love and encourage woman of all ages and I am excited about the opportunity to have an intentional and purposeful investment in the lives of the woman here at GCHC. It is my prayer that we are about establishing relationships, supporting common causes, dedicated to serving each other and other sisters in Christ, and to bring the love and grace of Jesus to woman everywhere who do not yet know Him. |
